Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY
We delivery Australia wide and take orders from all over the world. In normal circumstances, your gift boxes would be dispatched in 1-2 business days from Sydney, NSW. We use Australia Post to deliver all our parcels. Australia post normally takes 2-7 business days for delivery. We will email you the tracking link once your parcel is dispatched.
It is advised to send the parcel to an address where someone would be there to collect it, preferable the work place. Otherwise, if no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be left at a safe place in front of the premises. The Happy Soul Creations does not take responsibility of any damage in such circumstances.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the number of boxes ordered.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If the goods are faulty or not as described please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receiving the parcel. We will arrange for a replacement with postage payed by us or a full refund. In such cases substitution of products may be necessary based on available stock. We may also need photographic evidence of the fault or the wrong product sent out to you.
We take at most care to dispatch your gifts packed safely and timely to protect them from any damage. However, The Happy Soul Creations does not take responsibility of goods damaged during delivery, stolen, lost in transit or not arriving on time due to circumstances not in our control.
We do not accept change of mind returns, so please choose your products very carefully.
Orders can be cancelled or changed before they are given to Australia Post for delivery. Please contact at email@example.com as soon as possible quoting your order number for any changes.
